Goalgetter2013 – How did I do in July?

Another month has come to an end, and with it another goal. So how did I do in July? My goal for July was to complete an upper body workout three days a week.

I was committed to doing an upper body workout three days a week for the whole month. Because I don’t belong to a gym and I have limited equipment at home, I found this workout on the wonderful world of Pinterest.

This was a fun goal to complete. I did exactly 3 workouts a week, fulfilling my goal. Here are the photos I took at the beginning of July, as I started the workout.

And here are pictures from yesterday. It may not be noticeable in the photo, but I think between the workout and hot yoga, my arms are more defined. Oh and don’t judge… I took these pictures at the end of a very long day. Can you tell?
